Wettlaufer Lake is a large two bedroom outpost that can comfortably sleep eight people. It also has a large screened porch with gas grill and fish cooker, all solar lighting, hot and cold running water, propane fridge and stove and a screened fish cleaning station with running water. All boats are 14ft Lunds with 9.9 motors. They are also equipped with two swivel seats with backrests. The outpost is equipped with either a two-way radio or satellite phone for easy communication to base camp.

The Lake: Wettlaufer Lake is approx. 10 miles long which is part of the Meen River System. There are dozens and dozens of bays and rocky shelf shorelines to explore. Abundant Walleye and Northern and even jumbo perch can be caught. There is a short and easy portage that leads into Larsh Lake where you will find a canoe to explore some new territory and a chance to catch that trophy Northern.
